Speaking of skirts and dresses….
I've been approached by clothing company Shabby Apple to host a dress giveaway contest just for you fabulous people!
From out of their vast array of really pretty, vintage-inspired dresses, I've chosen the Frida K. for you (named after uber-Girl Crush Frida Kahlo!).
It's black and white, with a flattering high waist detail and cap sleeves that work on pretty much every body out there. I love the retro bow-tie neckline, and the edgy, exposed red zipper in the back. The skirt is basically straight, but with enough of an A-line to let you move.
Enough coverage and class for work, enough sass for social events or date night, in my opinion. Easy care stretch cotton – just wash cold, line dry, and iron carefully.
More details on the dress are here.
How to enter: "Like" my Facebook Page, and post on the wall to let me know you're entering the contest. Deadline for entries is Saturday, April 23, 2011 at midnight, EST. Shabby Apple only ships within the U.S. Sorry, international Analoguistas! :( Check your measurements against their size charts: click here, and read the Fits Generously chart. I will randomly choose a winner from everyone who enters and notify you after April 23.
Contest is closed. Thank you, everyone, for playing along!
